Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (any kind of milk will also work)
  • 1-2 cups mixed frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, bananas, peaches, mango, etc)
  • 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup or other sweetener (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.  Enjoy immediately!  Extra can be stored in airtight containers in the fridge for several days, or frozen.

Makes about 2 servings

If you have extra, pour into popsicle molds or paper cups and freeze for a smoothie or slushie popsicle.  Freeze for 30 minutes before adding popsicle sticks, then allow to finish freezing for several hours or until frozen solid.
